Online Adult Counselling

I also offer counselling for adults who are looking for a safe, supportive space to explore their experiences.

You may be considering counselling because of anxiety, low mood, stress, relationship difficulties, past trauma, or simply wanting space to reflect. Whatever brings you here, therapy can provide time to pause, make sense of things, and begin to move forward.

My Approach

My way of working with adults is integrative and trauma-informed, shaped by the same values I bring to my work with children and young people. The counselling relationship is central – offering a safe, supportive space where you can explore at your own pace.

I draw on Person-Centred Theory and attachment-informed practice, with creativity at the heart of what I do. For more detail about my background and how I work, you can read more on my About page.

Online Counselling

I offer online sessions for adults across the UK. Meeting online can provide flexibility and comfort, making it easier to fit therapy into your life. Sessions take place over secure video platforms.

In-Person Sessions

For adults who prefer to meet face-to-face, I can offer sessions in Harborne, Birmingham, depending on availability. Please get in touch if this is something you’d like to discuss.

More About How I Work

Issues I Can Help With

Adults seek therapy for many different reasons. Some of the areas I can support with include:

Anxiety and stress

Low self-esteem and confidence

Coping with change

Low mood or depression

Relationship and family difficulties

Processing past experiences

Everyone’s story is unique, and you don’t need to have a clear “label” for what you’re going through. Counselling can simply be a place to pause, reflect, and begin to move forward.

You can find a fuller list of the issues I work with here.

If you’re thinking about counselling for yourself or your child, the first step is a simple initial chat. This is a chance to ask questions, talk through what you’re looking for, and see if counselling feels like a good fit.

Online sessions start at £50. In-person sessions for children start at £65. Concessions are available — please feel free to ask.
