When you use my contact form, I collect your name, email address, and any information you choose to share in your message.

I will use this information only to respond to your enquiry and to provide information about my counselling services. I do not share your personal information with third parties, unless required by law or if there is a safeguarding concern (for example, if I believe you or someone else is at risk of serious harm).

Your information is sent securely through my website platform and stored in my email account. I will not use your details for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

I keep enquiry emails for up to 6 months, after which they are securely deleted unless you become a client, in which case your information will be kept in line with my client privacy and confidentiality policy.

You have the right to request access to the information I hold about you, to ask for corrections, or to request deletion where appropriate.
